Process Valves & Actuators

Process Valves control the flow of a medium through a system and are found in a wide variety of applications including medical, automotive, petro-chemical, waste treatment and steel manufacture. Applications typically involve the transfer of fluids, gases or solids around pipework and can include compressed air, industrial gases, acids, alkalis, fuel or steam.

To support these applications Control Gear offer an extensive range of quality fluid control products and solutions from industry leading brands. The team has extensive knowledge and experience of the process valve industry as well as the challenging environments within which many of the products must operate. Explosive atmosphere, extreme temperatures and pressures and aggressive fluids are all typical considerations.

Butterfly Valves

Ideal for precision throttling and on-off applications, especially in lighter weight pipework systems. Throttling accuracy for process control is achieved through low friction, erosion resistant sealing surfaces with very low operating torques.

A wide range of applications can be met with metal and soft seated designs as well as lined versions for corrosive and hygienic requirements. Control Gear offer a wide range of high performance, lined and triple offset butterfly valves from the world’s leading manufacturers.
