No Hidden Costs
Our service contracts are flexible and can offer fixed budgeting solutions allowing you to allocate budget to the maintenance of your compressed air system. Guardian Service is our industry leading service plan providing clients with fixed annual service and warranty cover for a 7 or 9-year period. This plan is total responsibility with no hidden extras. The plan covers genuine manufacturer spares, oils, greases, labour and any potential call out costs.
Tailored Plans
Some customers prefer to have ad hoc servicing – with a fixed price provided for each service interval. Others simply require the supply of spares and oils.

Preventative Maintenance
Preventative maintenance is fundamental to maximising reliability, efficiency and longevity of compressed air equipment. Service plans lower the risk of an unexpected failure hence providing more uptime and better machine efficiency – which in turn reduces energy consumption.
We will take responsibility of the maintenance of your compressed air system through planned site visits at pre-determined intervals which suit the requirements of your operation in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. Using Genuine OEM spares and service kits, quality and reliability is guaranteed.
Air Compressor Installation & Compressed Air Pipework
We have a dedicated installation team that can provide a professional turnkey package for all compressed air and ancillary equipment. The install team cover South Wales & The West, with numerous reference sites including the Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Bristol, Stroud and Swindon areas. Our team are fully trained and experienced in fitting tradition galvanised piping systems as well as the more modern and energy efficient Atlas Copco AirNet pipe work system. Our engineers can install pipe work from generation to point of use together with full commissioning & testing. Whatever your installation requirements – compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, water or condensate – Control Gear will have the solution.
Monitoring & Leak Detection
We offer a variety of monitoring and leak detection services, tailored to the customers requirements. We can provide a full system audit to include flow check, energy consumption, air quality check, pressure decay check and system leak detection. These audits can be as comprehensive as required with complete system assessment, report and recommendations.
Compressor Monitoring & Controls
Remote monitoring has become a leading tool in providing insight into a compressor running patterns, ongoing energy efficiency and general system health check – therefore helping reduce costly down time. Atlas Copco’s remote monitoring system Smartlink has three levels tailored to a customers’ requirements. Atlas Copco have also developed market leading multi compressor control technology complemented with their ES touch screen systems.
